I’m a speech-language pathologist working in an elementary school, and out of the 7 new games I recently added to my therapy room, this is the one every single student keeps reaching for! The dinosaur launcher is not only adorable and engaging, but it also doubles as a standalone tool to target fine motor skills and imaginative play. The colorful “snacks” make it easy to target vocabulary, categorization, and color matching, and of course – it’s a perfect opportunity for turn-taking practice.The gameplay is easy to adapt, which makes it a dream for therapists. Whether I’m working on articulation, following directions, or expressive language goals, I can use this game with any student, at any level. It’s also a hit across the board with OT and early intervention colleagues – so much so that we already had to buy two more for other therapy rooms because clients didn’t want to stop playing!From a play-based learning perspective, this game is gold. The board is visually engaging, the components are sturdy and well-made, and there’s no rigid “finish line,” so it encourages open-ended play. I love that players can move in either direction on the board – it keeps things fresh and accessible for kids with varying attention and cognitive skills.The only minor note: sometimes the dino’s tongue doesn’t retract fully, especially if a little one pulls too hard. Not a dealbreaker – just worth checking before each round. Still, it’s held up really well, even with heavy daily use.Bottom line: This game is cute, durable, highly motivating, and incredibly versatile. Whether you’re a therapist, teacher, or parent, this is an amazing addition to your toolkit. Can’t recommend it enough!NOTE: Amazon made me pick exactly one age to comment on appropriateness for, but it’s literally a hit with ALL ages from early intervention through high school (my highschoolers love it), and all different populations ranging in severity and goal area.

Cute, different, and fun.
It’s cute, it’s different, and it’s fun. Was a hit with 6 year old and 2 adults. We like that there’s no finish line and you can move in either direction. The dino and cave people are really cute. The board is visually appealing with details and fun colors. Easy to learn. Quality of the materials is great. Seems like it will last. Fun for all ages.Only complaint is that sometimes the tongue doesn’t retract all the way in and can lean to one side, which makes aiming tricky. Of course, that could have something to with the fact that a 6 year old was pulling at it and playing with it prior to playing the game. No big deal, just check it before you pull the trigger/press the spike.

A fun board game with children throughout the vacation.
The game rules are not difficult, so it’s good to play with your child. The quality of the board game is also excellent. It’s my child’s favorite game these days, so I’m playing it all vacation. It’s a really good board game for this price.

A great little game for young ones, it is not too complicated and does not take hours to play.Basically you roll the dice, when you land on that particular snack you pick that up and then once one of you (4 players in total) gets matching snacks then they are the winner.Because it’s quite a quick fire game, the kids do not lose interest like some other board games.It’s fun, interactive, easy to set up and doesn’t contain millions of pieces that are easily lost!I would definitely recommend to all parents of 3+ children! My son has thoroughly enjoyed playing with this
