Simple spaceship toy with figure and special effects
This space shuttle toy comes in a box good for gifting; however, inside the toy is just in some bubble wrap, which makes it feel a little less premium. The plastic feels solid on the ship and includes a little astronaut and a satellite dish. The cargo doors on the ship can swing open to reveal a fold-out arm that you can sit the satellite or astronaut on. Unfortunately, the satellite cannot fit inside the cargo bay with the doors closed. The cockpit can open and close and comfortably fits the astronaut. The satellite has fold-out little panels and a button to activate flashing lights. Button cell batteries are already included, so itâll work right out of the box once you pull the tab.No instructions are provided with the set, so new owners might be puzzled about certain features. For instance, where the batteries go on the ship to activate the sound effects or how the misting effect works. There is a little button on the tail wing that you press and pull up, revealing a hole. Using the provided squeeze bulb, you can add water to this and then put the tail wing back on. When pressing the button, a little mist effect shoots out the back, giving the illusion of smoke , which is a lot of fun to look at.The product is recommended for 3 and up; however, some pieces like the cockpit window and extending arm might be a little fragile for a child who is rough with toys. I was also a little disappointed that the arms on the astronaut were starting to get loose with only playing with it right out of the box. I still think itâs a fun toy, though I would maybe wait for a sale.

Great little space toy
It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but once it did, it was totally worth the wait! This toy is a great gift for my nephew â heâs going to absolutely love it, and I know the whole family will enjoy playing with him, too. The design encourages creativity and imaginative play, letting kids make up their own little space adventures. It feels ok quality, so it should hold up even with lots of playtime.
