Easy and fun craft with nice carrying case!
Fun, Educational STEM Craft for KidsThis kit is fantastic for teaching basic chemical reactions and makes a super fun craft for a wide age range. My kids (ages 3â11) all had a blast (although my youngest definitely needed some supervision haha)The instructions are easy:⢠Mix the included pouch with 800ml of warm water (warm water dissolves it much better).⢠Fill the trays with your chosen colors.⢠Carefully place them in the mixed solution.⢠Wait a few minutes until they set and hold their shape. It was a little messy with drips and spills, but it wipes up easily and comes with a nice carrying case for the set and plenty of color solution for multiple projects. This is an awesome STEM craft thatâs both creative and educational!

So Much Fun for My Daughter and son
I bought this kit for my 6- and 8-year-old daughters, and they absolutely love it! It kept them busy for hours, and they were so excited to see the flat shapes puff up into colorful 3D figures in the water. The variety of molds and colors makes it extra fun because every creation looks different. As a parent, I love that this toy sparks their creativity and gets them to work with their hands instead of just watching screens. The process is simple enough for them to do mostly on their own, and they enjoy showing off their creations afterward.Itâs also a great bonding activityâwe sit together, laugh, and make all kinds of shapes. The girls are already asking to play with it again, and I can see this becoming one of their favorite toys. Perfect for kids around this age. Good value and easy to clean.

They are slim in the thickness.
They seem to grow more the longer left in water.Kids had a blast with this.

Disappointed
Just opened the box and the measuring cup is broke. Hope thatâs all that is wrong with it.

Endless Fun, Easy to Use and Amazingly Creative
I canât say enough good things about this Magic Water Elf Toy Kitâitâs truly amazing! My five-year-old grandson and eight-year-old granddaughter played with it the entire day on Saturday, and they never once got bored. The kit comes with a variety of molds and different colored gels, which means no two creations are ever alike. Kids get to choose their own colors and even control how much gel goes into the mold, so every creature is unique. It really sparks their creativity while keeping them completely engaged.Setup is simple and straightforward. The tank has a clearly marked fill line, so thereâs no guesswork. You just add the powder, stir it into the water, and youâre ready to go. Drop in the gel, place the mold into the water, and within minutes you have colorful 3D sea creatures forming right in front of you.The best part is how easy it is for kids to use on their own once they understand the steps. It kept my grandkids entertained for hours while also encouraging imagination and hands-on play. This kit makes an excellent gift for birthdays, holidays, or just a rainy day activity. Itâs fun, creative, and different from most toys you see today. Highly recommendâitâs an absolute hit in our house!

Fun craft!
This was a new craft for me. I followed the instructions, and they worked surprisingly well. They are very slippery getting out of the water, but they straighten out again. As you can see, the display wasn’t cute. You can shake it up a little and they will separate from each other and look pretty much as they are supposed to. I forgot to dip it in the water solution once, and it still worked. Tip: Make sure there are no water droplets because you’re working with gel, and it won’t stick to water to retain it’s shape. It’s relatively easy to do, although I don’t know if I would recommend it for little ones because you need a steady hand and a little strength to use the gel. It’s fun for kids to unleash their creativity, choosing colors and such and I find it worth the price for the amount of supplies you get.

Not worth it!
Does not come out like the pictures or social media shows. Stays liquid in the middle no matter how hot the water is or how long you leave them in. Half the mix packets are so hard they can’t be used. I do a lot of crafts with my son and this is not it. They fall apart out of the molds and in your hand.

BIG set for a lot of satisfying fun
These are so fun and this set can last a while. The storage container is also perfect to make these in and the range of colors and molds is great. It is extremely satisfying every step of the way for both myself and my 3 year old. I have fun with it and my 3 year old can easily do all the steps herself as well, itâs nice to find an activity that works for adults and kids alike. The shapes go into the water flat but puff up over time in the treated water. The nets this comes with adds another level of play once they have cured. After curing for a few hours in the treated water you can move them to plain water to keep them plump and not let them shrivel (which they will if you let them dry). Considering the size of this set and the fact my 3 year old wants to save all her creations I wish this came with a bigger bottle to display them in after, or even several bottles (in different shapes even would be fun!). That said I still think this is a great set and for now we will keep the rest in some jars. We may need to just get an aquarium for how many this can makeâ¦.
