Why is the weather forecast inaccurate?

After connecting your phone and watch via Bluetooth, the weather forecast may not be accurate. You need to open the “Weather Reports” button in “FitCloudPro” to get the accurate local weather forecast.

Why can’t the watch receive the notification?

Please allow all notification permissions (WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Phone, SMS.) in the FitCloudPro APP. If the phone is not locked or the software (WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook…) is logged into the computer, the smartwatch will not receive messages.

Why does my watch always play sounds from my phone?

Solution: Swipe down to open your smartwatch’s control panel. Tap the call icon in the bottom-left corner, then disable ‘Media Audio’ to stop your watch from playing phone media.
