Inspired by the Bluey animated TV series, this edition of the Trouble board game combines Trouble gameplay with Bluey adventures. Kids can choose to play as Bluey, Bingo, Chilli, or Bandit and imagine racing around the backyard with the Heeler family as they move their character pegs around the gameboard. The first player to get all 4 of their pegs to the Finish Zone wins! Certain spaces on the gameboard encourage interactivity and help players advance on their journey. Like with the classic Trouble game, it includes the fun Pop-O-Matic die roller that kids love to press. The Trouble: Bluey edition board game is so much fun to play. It makes a great gift for Bluey fans and kids 5 and up. Hasbro Gaming and all related trademarks and logos are trademarks of Hasbro, Inc. Customers say

Customers find the board game fun for families and easy to learn and play, with one noting it has enough elements to keep it interesting. The game pieces are well-made, and customers like its cute design. However, the board itself is very flimsy, and while some say the quality matches the price, others feel it’s not worth the cost.

    Excellent for kids
Perfect for quick sessions and Bluey-fanatic kids. It offers simple, family-friendly fun, although its construction requires some care. If you get a good deal, it can be a great gift for parties or casual home play.

    Good game
Cute game. Additional rules for special Bluey theme are fun, tho it’s super hard to get out onto the board. My 4 yo and 6yo enjoy it!

Hours of fun for the whole family (and friends)!
I really hesitated purchasing because of the negative reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised and really enjoy this game. We were going out of town and I wanted my 8-year-old daughter and her 10-year-old friend to have something new and fun to do on our trip. It was a HIT!I would say if your children are rough or not inclined to take care of their toys it could be an issue as it is a bit flimsy as far as construction. This is not an issue for us because we have taught our daughter to be very careful with her toys and to respect the things in her possession. We don’t have issues with writing in books, missing pieces, damaged toys, etc. All of that to say, the construction has not been a problem for us but I could see how it would be for a child that isn’t careful. We love the various ways to play and that it’s a pretty fast game which means my daughter loves it over the traditional Trouble that we have. That game can go on and on and on but this one we can play a few times without it taking forever. There are fun exceptions and rules that the traditional Trouble doesn’t have which makes it more interesting for younger children. For reference my daughter is 8 and her 10 year old friends also love it.I did find it a bit pricy compared to how well made it is.

Bluey’s take on a classic game
Initial shipment was not packaged and label attached directly, so game arrived damaged and waterlogged. Amazon replaced the item quickly, arrived packaged as expected. Great classic game to play with all ages, especially Bluey fans. There are a couple of added strategy spaces that incorporate items from the show. Overall great buy, value and fun.

    Great theme, cheap components
We own a lot of board and card games, and the box for this game was easily the most cheaply made box of any board game we own. It is the quality of the box used for Uno cards and was already falling apart upon arrival. The bottom of the board is not covered, so be sure you don’t set it anywhere that may be damp or dirty, because it’s just cardstock on bottom.Aside from that, we bought it because it is Bluey, and is a great step up from the original trouble game in that sense. I would have preferred to pay a little extra and have it be better quality though so it would last longer. Although it was already probably too expensive for the current quality. The game itself is fun, though it can lend itself to ornery kids with how often the characters can get bumped back to the home space or be forced to skip a turn with the new rules specific to this edition. If that is an issue, you could always impose house rules though. I’d still choose this over the original game.

My husband and I grew up playing traditional Trouble but as a houseful of Bluey lovers with a 5yo and another on the way we knew we needed this. It’s AWESOME! We all love the Bluey spin on the game and we all have so much fun playing.. we’ve played two nights in a row and I definitely see the streak continuing. It’s great :)(For those concerned about the “cheaply made”(cardboard backer) reviews, my understanding is the backboard has to be flexible in order for the pop dice function to work properly and not destroy the board.)

This adaptation of the “Trouble” and “Sorry” games is a great family game. My 4 year old grandson loves it. There’s not much included for its fairly high cost. I’m guessing the Bluey branding adds a lot to the price. Having a captive dice roller makes it so much easier and quicker than chasing the dice all over the room too!
