Amazing product but what happened!!!!!
I love this treatment for my German Shepherd. My last bottle on the left, like all the previous bottles has a darker blue cap, lovely and thick, no lumps, not watered down, smells nice, goes on a treat. The bottle on the right my new one delivered this week, lighter blue cap, watery, very lumpy, won’t mix and doesn’t get thicker when shaken and it stinks smells off, like oatmeal & egg. What happened, change of recipe or a dud bottle out of a pack ð¤ very strange, otherwise I did rate this product 5 out of 5 but now 0 sadly only due to this latest bottle. ð¤ its a one off. It won’t be stop buying again in the future, I just hope the replacement is ok.

Much later in the year her fur grew back and grew back nice and thick
Last summer my cat had a reaction to flea bites even though she was using Frontline flea treatment. She would constantly keep on scratching herself, biting up her tail, her back, keep on scratching her neck.Her fur started disappearing on her back and part of her tail, there were lots of scabs on her back, her tail, and around her neck because it was so itchy. I was going to take her to the vet because of her condition. Then I saw this and decided to buy it with the shampoo and Anti itch spray. I gave her a bath twice a week using the shampoo, then the conditioner which you have to leave on for a couple of minutes. When her fur was dry I would spray and massage the anti-itch spray onto the trouble areas. After about a week she wasn’t scratching and biting so much and before a month the bumps and scabs started to heal. I must of used this for about 2 month. Much later in the year her fur grew back and grew back nice and thick. I was so amazed with this product I am so glad I discovered it. This treatment soothes the dry itchy scab skin on my cat. Very good treatment if your pet has a skin condition which can be treated at home. It would take me about 20 minutes to bath my cat because I wanted to make sure that the treatment penetrated the skin and it helps soften the scabs especially around her neck.I even changed her flea treatment to Advantage because frontline didn’t seem to be doing the job anymore. Since last year she hasn’t had any outbreaks.This is a wonderful product because I saw the tremendous change it did to my cat. I still use it with the shampoo once a month because I like to bathe her once a month and she loves it too.But I’ll never forget all the bumps and scabs and fur missing because of reaction to flea bites,and how the shampoo, conditioner and anti- itch spray cured her problem. It is better to buy all 3 products if your dog or cat has a skin condition that you need to treat at home.

I bought this to see if it would help with my dog from scratching all the time. When I came to use the product I found it was very wattery. This did not stop me from using though. But I do have a question, is it suppose to be watery? Since using my dog has been scratching and washing all of the time especially in one particular spot.i will defiantly be buyer again so i am going to see on how long it will take for the scratching to ease i also love the shampoo too

Slate damage shampoo
Used this shampoo for ages for my dog, but this time it been delivered to my at this awful lumps consistency. It isn’t normal. I have tried asking for replacement or refund but found out at this order I can’t. I’m very dissapointed. Not recommended. Please choose different place to buy it. My thought is this one and probably more of them were store incorrectly.

Great product
My cat suffers from quite serious millary dermatitis caused by a flea bite allergy; he gets sores all up his back if he gets bitten by a flea. I am tired of having to take him to the vets and paying £60 every time he gets poorly from this, as I don’t like him having loads of steroid and antibiotic injections. This happens even if he is flea treated, so I decided to try and also treat the dermatitis.I bought this product for this purpose and I am massively impressed; after one treatment his sores began to heal and he’s more like his old self, without having to use drugs and spend a fortune!It was easy to apply, has a lovely scent and, in my opinion more importantly, was easy to wash off so I didn’t have to stress him out unduly with loads of washing and scrubbing at his fur. Happy owner and happy Pugwash cat!

Whitens but doesn’t wash
When I wash my cat, It whitens the fur of my white cat perfectly well. However it doesn’t soap well and the fur remains greasy after unfortunately.

Scratching dog no more
Been using this product for a few years as it is the only one to stop redness and scratching , leave fur soft and smells amazing but not overpowering.

I’ve tried a lot of shampoo’s for my cats but this shampoo makes a big difference i have sensitive skin to alot of products but this one i was able to use with no problems plus it does wonders for my 2 tabby cats fur and does not dry their skin or paw pads they’re fur is so silky soft smooth i bathe them atleast once a month to help control their dander it doesn’t not have a strong smell which i like i recommend this product it works best if you wash them twice with it I’m considering trying the one with shampoo and conditioner but I don’t see that working any differently than shampoo already leaves them soft and silky

Good for sensitive skin types, seems to work well on my dogs fur, makes it soft & clean after bath, (she gets dandruff and shedding hair due to allergic reactions of food or smtms environment), helped in reducing and a cleaner coat. Expensive but worth the buy
